Labor Day weekend

We had such an amazing Labor Day weekend with lots of fun activities and wonderful friends!
On Friday we left to Tennessee for a special event at Iggy's alma mater.  We spent the weekend in Johnson City, TN surrounded by Iggy's old team mates and other friends, celebrating his coach's retirement and dedication of the school's tennis facilities.
It was so awesome to see Iggy reminiscing about his college years and meeting up with old buddies; it was even more awesome to see the girls walking around campus and hearing stories about daddy's college fun!

Here are the girls playing at the school's bookstore and having fun with all memorabilia!

On Sunday, we drove to Pigeon Forge and went to Wonderworks, where I met up with my wonderful cyber friend Tamara and all of her family. I have "known" Tamara for almost seven years since we met through the WTE website when we were pregnant with Olivia and David.  This was the first time meeting in person so of course it was very special.
It's always awesome to see the online chemistry translating into real life chemistry.  It was such a blessing to meet this wonderful family and I certainly hope we don't have to wait 7 years to meet again!
Thank you Tamara and family for such a wonderful time! :)  The kids had a blast!!!

...and one last picture from our visit to ETSU... go Bucs! :)

Adriana, we had a wonderful time! It was so good to finally be able to meet you in person - can't wait until next time!

I forgot to tell you... David also said that he did not think we were upside down at the "Upside Down House." He figured that out because there was no tunnel to turn us back rightside up when we left the gift shop at the end. So, he has a plan to find out for sure. The next time we go, he will wait until we are in the tunnel, and then he is going to peek at the upside down part of the house in the lobby and see if the house is turning. Kids are too smart!
