Gosh! another VERY lazy week... but I must say that I was VERY busy and couldn't really work out.. I know, I know...excuses.. but this time is true! ha ha!

DESIRED WEIGHT: 150lbs
Normal BMI: 18.5-24.9
Current BMI: 26.9Week 2

Current Weight: 169lbs
This week's workouts: NONE!

Total lbs lost so far: 3lbs

I promise I WILL work out some this coming week!
