Weight Loss Journal: Week 5

Not so much working out this week either but I continue to be very conscious of what I eat..
The best part about this week is that some people have started to notice my weight loss and some of my size 8 pants are starting to feel lose...

OVERALL STARTING WEIGHT: 172lbs
DESIRED WEIGHT: 150lbs
Normal BMI: 18.5-24.9
Current BMI: 26.9

Current Weight: 168lbs
This week's workouts: Walked a mile today!

Total lbs lost: 4lbs

Good for you to document your goals! I am working at weight loss too and it is coming slowly, but steadily.
