I can't believe it has been 8 weeks since I started this journey and at this point I gotta say that I am somehow satisfied with the results so far.
This week I walked A LOT.. and it felt great... I also developed a strict low carb diet, which helped me tremendously...
I'm getting closer to my goal, slowly but surely, and I'm proud of myself for sticking to my plan..

DESIRED WEIGHT: 150lbs
Normal BMI: 18.5-24.9
Current BMI: 25.9
Current Weight: 165.5lbs
Total lbs lost so far: 6.5lbs
